The mild steel benches are supported by cables from a 15 feet high 'A' frame structure, painted yellow, and look very futuristic.
The 'Yellow Bench' artisic seating was designed and built by Andrew Rowe in 1999.
Located alongside the quay, in front of the Holiday Inn Express at Bute East Dock, Lonqueil Close, Cardiff Bay. Wales.
