This rusted water tower is located just south of the Frisco railroad depot, but is too far from the tracks to have been a water source for the trains.
The conical-shaped water basin is supported by four steel beams, each with a large concrete base. A three-sided antenna tower is mounted to the water tank, and at the top, one of the city's siren warning devices is mounted.
While visiting the water tower, be sure to stop in at the depot and enjoy the historical museum, which is open Monday through Friday, from 10am to 3pm.
