This is the 'Neptunbrunnen' (Neptun's Fountain) in Ulm, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. This is an official tourist attraction is located at the 'Judenhof'.
The fountain was created in the 15th century.
The bassin is made of iron and the stele is made of stone. The engraved year '1803' at the basin is not correct. It's unknown why it is there.
There's a statue of the Greek god Neptun on top of the stele. The statue was created by Samuel Moll in 1673.
There's a plaque with details.
The fountain was renovated in 2008. This was paid by the local Lions Club.
