Dieser Aussichtsturm befand sich 2010 auf dem Gelände der Landesgartenschau in Rosenheim. Nachdem er von der Gemeinde Rimsting gekauft wurde, erfolgt die Aufstellung auf der Ratzinger Höhe Ende April 2011. Die Ratzinger Höhe ist die höchste Erhebung am Westufer des Chiemsees und so erlangt man vom Turm Ausblick auf weite Teile des Chiemgaus, der Chiemgauer Alpen, dem Chiem- sowie den Simssee.

This look-out tower was located on the grounds of the State Garden Show in Rosenheim in 2010. When it was bought by the municipality Rimsting, the establishment of the tower on the Ratzinger hills was end of April 2011. The Ratzinger hill is the highest point on the west shore of Lake Chiemsee and so you get a fantastic view from the tower of large parts of the Chiemgau, the Chiemgau Alps, the Chiemsee and the Simssee.
