The first mention about Vojkov manor is from 1350. The originally fort was probably built by master of Milhostice. This noble family owned the Vojkov manor till 1622. During Thirty Years' War and the subsequent period, owned Vojkov manor a lot of owners.
The exact time when the fort was rebuilt to the chateau is not known. Major reconstruction was during 19 century. At that time, the chateau was raised by one floor, added a terrace, park and so on.
Today's chateau consists of a rectangular two-storey building with ten window axes to which it is connected in the northwest buttress topped terraces and an octagonal tower topped neo-Gothic battlements.
The chateau is currently closed to the public and serves as a home for the elderly.
