Kalandula Falls is not a widely known or recognized waterfall, but it is undeniably a major waterfall and very well may end up being the second most powerful waterfall of the African continent.
The Kalandula Waterfalls are a remarkable higjlight amongst some of the most scenic landscapes available in Angola.
The wonderfull Waterfalls lies on the Lucala River in a semi-arid region where the vegetation is diverse, with gallery forets along the river, tropical and subtropical grasslands and savannas in the surrouding area.
Most of the explorer who visited the Kalandula Falls in recent years rated them as the 4th biggest and the most beautiful natural waterfalls in the world.
