The name of this was is found over the entry arch, and was transliterated for me as "Sar-my-kaol". This means something to do with glass and truth, but the context eluded me. The temple follows the usual, colourful Thai style. An ordination hall, a meeting hall, open air facilities, and a large statue of the Buddha. The Wat is on the northern side of the provincial capital, Phitsanulok.

At the time of my visit a festival was underway, the grounds were filled with happy locals, buying, selling, and playing, generally having a fun day out. Entry to the temple is unrestricted, though a small donations is the thing to do.
