The median is located on North Burbank Drive, between the railroad track and Eastdale Drive, to the east of Eastdale Mall. It was covered with grass, so we had to poke with a pole to find the spot. We dug out the grass a bit to uncover the mark.

THE STATION IS LOCATED IN THE MEDIAN OF BURBANK DRIVE, APPROXIMATELY 0.35 MI (0.56 KM) NORTH OF ATLANTA HIGHWAY. THE STATION IS A MONTGOMERY COUNTY SURVEY DISK STAMPED STA. 5163 1994, AND SET IN THE TOP OF A 10 INCH DIAMETER CONCRETE MONUMENT MOUNTED FLUSH WITH THE GROUND.
