The median is located on North Burbank Drive, between the railroad track and Eastdale Drive, to the east of Eastdale Mall. It was covered with grass, so we had to poke with a pole to find the spot. We dug out the grass a bit to uncover the mark.

The description from the datasheet reads:

DESCRIBED BY CH2M HILL INCORPORATED 1994 (JC) THE STATION IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA, WILLOW SPRINGS QUADRANGLE, SECTION 7, T16N, R19E. THE STATION IS LOCATED IN THE MEDIAN OF BURBANK DRIVE, APPROXIMATELY 0.35 MI (0.56 KM) NORTH OF ATLANTA HIGHWAY. THE STATION IS A MONTGOMERY COUNTY SURVEY DISK STAMPED STA. 5163 1994, AND SET IN THE TOP OF A 10 INCH DIAMETER CONCRETE MONUMENT MOUNTED FLUSH WITH THE GROUND. THE DISK IS LOCATED 27.2 FT (8.3 M) 191 DEGREES FROM A POWER POLE, 21.4 FT (6.5 M) 286 DEGREES FROM THE CENTERLINE OF BURBANK NORTHBOUND LANES, AND 25.2 FT (7.7 M) 106 DEGREES FROM THE CENTERLINE OF BURBANK SOUTHBOUND LANES.
