This hut is located near the intersection of Front & Jackson Streets in Medford. The northeast wall (Front Street side) is vertical. The hut sits on a concrete foundation and contains approximately 1,500 square feet of space.

There are a couple of roof vents, several windows, and in addition to the door at the south end, a portion of the wall has been turned into a sliding door at the north end of the Front Street (vertical) wall of the building.
