I first saw this particular cell tower when I went to get replacement batteries for my invisible fence. To visit this yourself, you might want to use the parking lot of Canine Containment Distribution Company: N 43° 04.770 W 077° 29.187
You can also see this on a "drive by" from Palmyra Road (Route 31) or from I-490 at exit 26.
