Three flags were waving in the breeze on this cold winter afternoon. The nautical flag pole is located near the Minnesota Pedestrian Slip Drawbridge in the harbor area of the city. The American flag was flying on the top while the Minnesota State flag and the POW/MIA flag were waving on the cross bar. It is easily found near the ticket booth for the Vista Fleet cruise boat tours.
