A Korean War Monument is locate on the Town Common, facing Main Street (Route 38), in the center of Tewksbury.

A 4' high rectangular granite stele, which is notched at each top corner, honors all those who served in the Korean War. In the center of the monument is circle with a map of Korean peninsula marked with the 38th parallel, the truce line separating North Korea from South Korea. KOREA is inscribed as a semicircle above the circle with the map. The dates 1950 and 1953 appear on either side of the map circle. Below is the following inscription:

Below are inscribed the emblems of the armed forces:
ARMY - NAVY - MARINES - AIR FORCE - COAST GUARD
