This bell is located at the entrance to Wat Nang Phaya. The bell is associated with several large gongs. The bell and the gongs are there to be rung by visitors to the temple.

This wat is located in the centre of Phitsanulok City, on the Nan River. It is in a line of temples, and is noted for having a important and beautiful golden image of the Buddha in the ordination hall. This is named: Phra Nang Phaya. The temple was built by the Thai King of Ayutthaya Phra Borom Trai Lokanot (1431-1448 CE). At the rear of the ordination hall are two small original stupas. Entry to the temple is unrestricted, though a donation of 20 baht (~50c) is the thing to do.
