Das Tor der Kapelle am Waldfriedhof Wörgl ist aus Holz, mit undurchsichtigen Glasfenstern und kunstvollen Stahlgittern davor. Sie ist in einem hellen beige mit dunkelbraunen Akzenten lackiert. Im unteren Teil befinden sich zwei Totenköpfe, aus deren Augen sich eine Schlange schlängelt.

Kapelle:
Nach der Idee von Johann Seisl wurde in Wörgl der 1892 angelegte neue Freidhof um einen Waldfriedhof erweitert. Im Zentrum des neuen Friedhofsteiles wurde eine Kapelle auf einem Hügel errichtet unter der Johann Seisl selbst und Geistl. Rat Pfarrer Matthias Riedelsperger begraben sind.

Geplant und gebaut wurde der Waldfriedhof mit Kapelle vom späteren Bürgermeister KR Dipl.-Ing. Ferdinand Mayr in den Jahren 1924-25. Im inneren der Kapelle befindet sich nach wie vor ein Altar mit der Schmerzensmutter Maria von Johann Seisl.

Der Waldfriedhof wurde am 8. November 1925 von Weihbischof Dr. Anton Keil aus Salzburg feierlich geweiht. Dabei streute Pater Otto Mathis, Franziskanerguardian aus Innsbruck, auf Anregung von Seisl 10 kg "terra santa", Erde aus dem heiligen Land, über den Friedhof aus.

The fontdoor of the chapel on the Waldfriedhof Wörgl is made of wood, with non-transparent glass-windows and artful steel fences before it. It is painted in bright beige with darkbrown details. On the lower part of the door there are two skulls with snakes coming out of the eyes.
