Wat Yai ("big wat", or more formerly: Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat) is the major Buddhist temple of Phitsanulok City, in northern Thailand. The wat itself is located in the city centre, on the Nan River. On the north side of the ordination hall is this set of bells. The bells are the standard bells one would expect to find in a Thai Buddhist wat. Visitors to the temple are welcome to ring the bells, for good luck. Free to ring, but a small donation, lets say 20 baht (~50c) is the thing to do.
