Visitors to Waterfront Park might notice this group of three pay-per-view binoculars that lie along Alaskan Way. They all cost 50 cents to operate for about two minutes. There are views of Bainbridge Island across Puget Sound as well as views of passing ferries and oceanliners.
These three binoculars should not be confused with another existing waymark of a single binocular that is located very close to these.
*NOTE* The Seattle Great Wheel (ferris wheel) nearby was opened to the public in June of 2012 and is open in the evenings until midnight. It's been said that younger couples can be seen through these binoculars at night doing certain 'risque' activities inside the gondolas so I CAN'T BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT YOU MIGHT SEE AT NIGHT THROUGH THESE BINOCULARS... :)
