Phitsanulok is one of the many provinces of northern Thailand, and its capital, Phitsanulok City is one of the many provincial capitals of the Kingdom. Near the city centre is the city train station, a busy spot. On the tracks is a small bell. This bell is rung by the station staff when a train is entering the station. It is open to visitors, and often children are allowed to ring the bell.
