About 100 feet long in total, this bridge crosses Erie Creek near the eastern end of Erie Lake and the western end of the tiny community of Erie. Dated 1953, this would be a replacement for the original, probably a timber bridge, as this section of the Crowsnest is substantially older than that, having been officially opened as a federal-provincial highway in 1932.

For the benchmark hunters, there is a benchmark disc on the north east corner of the bridge.
