This little rest stop on the outskirts of Victor Harbour has the binoculars in a mosiac depiction of the area and in the form of a whale, a old observation post, whales can be seen here in the winter months. Views from here take in Granite Island the bluff and the township of Victor Harbour, toilets are on site. Each coin deposited will give you 100 seconds, a beautiful spot.
