A few years ago, this housed Doc's Surf Shop, an underage nightspot for area teens. I guess that didn't take off. After a short time empty, HMS Plumbing moved in. The quonset hut is about 46 feet long, 2 stories (about 20 foot) high, and near 66 feet across. I may try to talk to the owners to see if they have any more info on the building.

Looks like there is an office in the front, as there are 2 windows over the sales floor facade.
