TBQ is family owned and operated and has been providing excellent food for over 70 years (1941 - present) and is well known for their BBQ chicken, ribs and Tunnel Bar-B-Q Sauce. In the 1940's, the founders of Tunnel Bar-B-Q, Harry and Helen Racovitis, created TBQ Sauce. It is still produced solely by the Racovitis family, exclusively for TBQ.
