Henzel Park is a Klamath County Park located on the east edge of Agency Lake. As you enter the parking lot, you'll see a monument with a plaque that was dedicated in 1972 to the citizens of Klamath County by the Henzel Family in memory of Ben Henzel who lived from 1912 to 1962 and for which this park is named after. This park is a popular spot for boaters to launch out of and to fish or tour the Upper Klamath National Wildlife Refuge. Fishing is allowed in Klamath and Agency Lakes year-round. There is a public restroom at this park which is handicap accessible but during the winter months, the restroom is closed but a porta-potty is put in its place.
