This is a relief art sculpture showing the Greek god Mercury (German: Merkur). It is located in the 'Eberhardstraße' in Stuttgart, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. The sculpture is part of the so-called 'Merkurbrunnen' (Mercury Fountain).

The fountain and the sculpture were created in 1910 by Herbert Prof. Ludwig Habich. It was a doination by an anonimous citizen of Stuttgart.

The actual sponsors (Brunnenpaten) are Herbert O. Rau and Peter H. Haller.
