"Inaugurou no passado dia 8 de junho, em Ponte de Lima, o primeiro museu do Brinquedo Português. O colecionador Carlos Anjos doou milhares de valiosas peças a esta unidade museológica para que as crianças de hoje possam ver como brincavam as crianças de ontem, seus avós e bisavós. O espólio permanente da unidade conta com cerca de 3500 peças.
O Museu do Brinquedo Português fica na Casa do Arnado, no coração da vila de Ponte de Lima, e traz para o século XXI brinquedos com mais de meio século. Nas vitrines deste espaço pode ver bonecas de trapos, carrinhos de madeira, cavalos de carrosséis, rocas e apitos para bebés, assim como jogos lúdico-pedagógicos e livros infantis de toda a espécie, tudo artigos de fabrico nacional.
O serviço educativo da instituição irá oferecer workshops e atividades temáticas relacionadas com os objetos em exposição. A entrada no museu custa 3 euros mas as crianças até aos 6 anos não pagam. Veja se lhe compensa o bilhete família. Dois adultos e duas crianças por apenas 6 euros."
