Minipivovar Kvasar, Sentice, Czech republic - Breweries on Waymarking.com

Specialitou pivovaru je medové pivo, do kterého se v prubehu kvašení pridává vcelí med. Jirí Jelínek, majitel a sládek, vybudoval svuj minipivovar v rodinném domku v obci Sentice nedaleko Tišnova. O celou výrobu se staral majitel sám, pouze s pomocí svého syna. Pivo zpocátku nebylo dostupné v distribucní síti, vetšinou bylo prodáváno pouze prímým zájemcum, kterí si pro neho k Jelínkum prišli. Dnes má pivovar svoji distribucní sít a v licenci medové pivo Kvaar varí i pivovar Cerná Hora.

Speciality of the brewery is a honey beer, in which is added honey during fermentation. Jiri Jelinek, owner and brewer, built his brewery in a family house in the village Sentice near Tišnov. The entire production is looked after by the owner himself, with only the help of his son. Beer was not initially available in the distribution network and has mostly been sold only directly from producer. Today, the brewery has its distribution network and Kvasar honey beer is also brewed under licence by major Moravian brewery Cerná Hora.
