The Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge goes though three different states/districts. One bridge, three different state owners.

U.S. interstate 95 uses this bridge to get over the Potomac River. To the west, you can see The Washington Monument, The Capital, and the Lincoln memorial. The sign features a cardinal, the state bird and an icon, sitting on a willow tree branch. It is place about 15 feet above the freeway. There is a walkway on the west side of the bridge if you want to get up close.
