This large cemetery is just outside of Port Hope. Named after the town of Welcome which is just north, the cemetery is a Christian/Methodist cemetery. The cemetery has room for around 300-500 graves. Apparently there used to be a sign with the name of the cemetery at the gates however people thought it was a bit crass too have a sign saying "Welcome" at a cemetery.
