První zmínky o broumovském klášterním pivovaru pocházejí ze 16. století. Puvodne byl umísten prímo v kláštere. Po nekolika požárech v 17. století byl v l. 1712–14 prenesen na místo, kde stojí a vyrábí pivo dodnes.

The first references to monastery brewery Broumov date from the 16th century. It was originally located in the monastery. After several fires, in the years 1712 to 1714 transferred to the place where it stands and produced beer now.
