This active gravel quarry is located west of the industrial area Sisslerfeld. It is expanding fast, the Google Earth picture from 2002 shows only about half the size it had when I visited it.
The product excavated is gravel.
The area is fenced but easy to look in from all sides. It has one entrance in the east, there is no sign or any other hint for the name or owner of the site.
