We were, unfortunately, too late when we passed through Moyie and the museum was already closed. The outdoor displays, however, were viewable. The house is decorated to represent a typical house of the period and the outdoor display is a repository of most of the artefacts and tools that would have found daily use 115 years ago.
For such a small town, it is actually a pretty impressive little museum, if only for the number of artefacts on display. Of note is the fact that the Dewdney Trail runs close by this museum.
