In Foxborough, on the Foxborough Common, is a stone monument that is dedicated to Foxborough Firefighters who died while on duty.
The memorial is located on the northwest part of the common, in a grassy area, flanked by bushes.
The text on one side states, "Dedicated in the Memory of the Firefighters of Foxborough - Faithful and courageous in their service to the public" There is a shield at the top and flower designs down the face.
The text on the other side states, "Killed in the line of duty Town House Fire June 1, 1900
