This boat launch is on the Columbia River in East Trail.

It's located on First Ave., just over 2 blocks north of the bridge.
A long ramp with a fairly gentle slope, it can be used regardless of the height of the river. Some years, the river can rise as much as 10 feet in the spring. The launch has a dock for temporary tie-ups. A park with picnic tables and other facilities is adjacent. Washrooms are located another block north.
The launch is open for use continuously.
You can view the mural, River Reconnect, from the boat ramp.
River Reconnect is the largest 3D mural in western Canada, and, of course, in Trail.
