This truss bridge spans the Cheyenne River and once was used on a major US highway. When the highway was re-routed and a new bridge was built, this one was left in place to accomodate the ranches and farms nearby.

The bridge was built in 1930 and shows its age, because of the lack of funds to keep the bridge maintained.
