This through-truss bridge is located on the old railroad roadbed on the southeast edge of Wadsworth, just northeast of Nevada Highway 427.

Wadsworth used to be an important division point on the railroad before the facilities were moved west to Sparks. The old roadbed has now been converted to a hiking trail and this bridge carries you safely across the Truckee River at this point.
