Lending itself to stunning photographs [search here], these are some of the most impressive waterfalls in Colorado. Located between Lake City and Creede, the falls drop over 100 feet into a narrow box canyon. A parking area with an interpretive area and restrooms provides access to the overlook just a few yards away.

The area was once a stop on the Antelope Springs to Lake City toll road and if you look carefully, you may even spot a moose grazing in the shrubs nearby. A short trail to the east offers spectacular views of Bristol Head Mountain and Santa Maria Reservoir.
