[EN] Masterpieces of French painting from the 14th to the 19th c. (Champaigne, Létin, École de Barbizon, Tassel, Mignard, Natoire, Watteau and Greuze) can be seen alongside paintings by european artists such as Spranger, Vasari, Rubens and Bellotto.

In sculpture, the medieval period is represented by rare pieces from the cathedral as well as the churches of Troyes and its area.

From the 17th to the 19th c., the great masters of Troyes are represented: Girardon, a sculptor of Louis XIV, whose Bust of the Sun King is on display, and Dubois and Simart, whose studio works is held by the Museum.

Three bronze sculptures, copies of the Museum’s originals, can be admired at the nearby place Saint-Nizier.
