Outside the Webster Town Hall is a Court of Honor with several monuments honoring veterans of American wars. At the northwest part of the court there is a polished black granite monument to those who fought and died in in the Vietnam War.
An approximately 5' high irregular black granite trapezoid rest on top of smaller 0.5' high by 6' long rectangular granite block. The larger block is inscribed with a map of Vietnam in the upper left corner to the right is the inscription:
VIETNAM
DEDICATED TO THOSE MEN AND WOMEN OF
WEBSTER, WHO IN THE MIDST OF CONTROVERSY
ANSWERED THEIR COUNTRY'S CALL TO SERVE.....
AND DID SO WITH GREAT COURAGE AND SACRIFICE
AND THOSE THAT GAVE THEIR LIVES.....
