Yes this is the location the ever popular "Christmas Story" movie was filmed at and there in the window of the house is of course.... THE MAJOR AWARD.... THE LEG LAMP!

How could a Christmas in the U.S. be complete without watching the ever so popular classic movie "Christmas Story"? And with that comes the father's best and most prized possession, his major award, The Leg Lamp displayed proudly in the front window.

The house is open year round but of course is quite the place to be in December. A new (2013) gift shop is now open across the street where you can purchase your very own Leg Lamp to take home. We did LOL
