The VFW Post 10088 and the Ladies Auxiliary have erected a 911 memorial flanked by memorials to those who have served in Afghanistan and Iraq post 911. Three distinctive monuments that are historically related are joined together to form the memorial.

In the center is a larger black granite tablet in memory of September 11, 2001. On either side of this monument are granite monuments to the Afghanistan war, on the left, and the Iraq War, on the right. The name each country inscribed in an outline map of the country. The back of each has a list of names of those who served. The back of the 911 memorial has a dedication to all those who served during war and peace.

The front of the 911 memorial is inscribed with the symbols for the branches of the armed services followed by a dedication:

ARMY - NAVY - MARINES
AIR FORCE - COAST GUARD

DEDICATED TO THOSE MEN AND WOMEN
WHO SERVED OUR COUNTRY IN TIMES
OF PEACE AND WAR
