This Rest Area and Welcome Center is located on the east side of US Highway 89A on the northern edge of Fredonia, Arizona and just south of the Utah/Arizona border.

This is a very nice rest area and tourist information center operated by the city of Fredonia. Recent budget shortfalls have caused them to close the rest area during all but the busiest months.
