This is the 'Ehrenmal Pioniere Ulm' (Roll of Honor of the Pioneer Troups of Ulm) located at the 'Basteistraße' in Ulm, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
The memorial was created by the Pioneer Troups of Ulm in 1923. So it was originally built for the killed soldiers of WW I. But there's also a plaque for the killed and missed soldiers between 1939 and 1945.
The memorial was made of old stones.
