This multi-columned war memorial recognizes the valiant efforts of Canadians in the Korean War and in particular those from Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.

The monument consists of four columns and on top "Their Name Liveth Forevermore".
There are several monuments here including a memorial to those who were killed in World War I, to those that came from Norway to settle and train in Lunenburg in preparation for return to Norway to liberate their country and a Legion memorial.
There is also several benches looking out over a bandstand with individual dedications on them.
A view of the bay is seen by those who stop to contemplate the sacrifices made.
