Disk is set in the north side of a red-brick building housing the Oxford Inn Towne Restaurant & Callahan's Pub on the south side of US 30 (Lincoln highway). Building and disk are on first block west of the town square - disk is about 4' above ground level and 2' west of NE corner of the building..
