High atop the bluff on the west side of town, at the eastern edge of the parking lot for the old airport, you get a marvelous view of Saint George, Utah in all its splendor.

The old airport, dubbed the "Aircraft Carrier" by pilots, is now totally decommissioned. That means that there is no traffic to contend with or anyone around to ask why you are photographing their great-looking town.
