This towed, 14.5mm anti-aircraft gun is displayed at Fort Malcolm A. Turner Alabama National Guard Armory in Clayton, AL. Fort Turner is the home of the 1670th Transportation Company.
The ZPU-4 anti-aircraft towed artillery system featured four air-cooled 14.5mm guns. It was developed in the post-World War II Soviet Union. The ZPU-4 anti-aircraft system was operated in combat by Chinese, North Korean, North Vietnamese and Iraqi forces.
Location restrictions: The AA gun is displayed outside the fence at an Alabama Army National Guard Armory. There are no restrictions of access other than common sense.
