China Buffet serves lunch and dinner daily and is located in the same northeast Salem strip mall that includes Bi-Mart, the old Borders store and Ross Dress For Less. The lunch buffet is priced to attract the working crowd, currently $6.99 Mon-Fri. You can also order food-to-go by the item or by the quart. Customer comments in online review websites on Chinese buffets in Salem are generally a mixed bag and this is no exception.
