Bílina is a town in the Teplice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The historical town of Bílina lies in the valley of the river Bílina, between the tops of the Central Bohemian Massif and the range of the Ore mountains. It is situated between two bigger cities, Teplice and Most.
New Town Hall dates from 1908 to 1911 and was built by the Viennese architect Schmied. It's a three-winged building in Art Nouveau style, complemented by high octagonal tower. Inside The Town Hall is also located a office city police and information center.
