Much of their offerings are gluten-free. The website has some information, but it is incomplete. Please ask your server for more info. Here are the items I was told are gluten free:
rice, rice noodles
all vegetables
all meats, except the beef
only 4 of their many sauces are GF, but GF soy sauce is available
You will need to ask that you dish be cooked separately from the main grill to avoid cross contamination.
