This beach barely has sand but it offers the most beautiful water color in the country of Sao Tome and Principe.

This is definitely a must visit beach in Sao Tome and Principe. The only minus goes for the little sand available, as the beach is mostly covered with stones. But the beautiful blue of the water - which gave name to the beach "blue lagoon" - makes it ideal for a swim and for snorkel diving.
Also a short stroll to the top of the nearby cliff, where the lighthouse is, is highly recommended.
Coordinates are from the spot where you have to leave the National Road 1, from there it's quite obvious... 400 m driving and 200 m waling (if it's too muddy, otherwise, drive all the way to the beach).
