The unidentified concrete pillar, with its steel self-centering plate on top, is located north of the path which was once an extension of Victoria Street in Hull, west of the Voyaguers Pathway trail system which follows the Outaouais. To the south is a secured parking lot. To the north is the property of the Canadian Museum of Civilization.
